What is title insurance and why do i need it ?

Title insurance provides its holder protection from financial losses related to adverse ownership claims, financial liens against the property, unpaid taxes or assessments, forgeries or fraud in the chain of title and/or any mistake/error in the home’s title record when purchasing a home.

How long will my closing take?

Closings can take any where from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending if the transaction is a cash deal or loan deal. Typically, loan transactions take longer because we must submit the paperwork to the lender for approval.

How will I be kept informed of my file?

Through out the process of your transaction, a member from our team will alert you via to the critical checkpoint of your file.
